Welcome to the Portico neighborhood website. Our subdivision was built in 2002 and lies within northern unincorporated Gwinnett County Georgia close the Hall County line. We have a Buford GA zip code. Our neighborhood includes 40 homes. We don’t have any amenities such as are common in larger neighborhoods. We have a mandatory Homeowner’s Association (HOA) with covenants and a homeowner annual fee. The annual fee covers the costs of maintaining our front-entrance landscaping and the county-mandated stormwater-runoff retention pond. The HOA also pays the bill for our streetlights and the lights on the front-entrance sign. Our HOA is managed by an all-volunteer board.
